jqd-50j整机底座采用铸造件，钢性强，稳定性好；精密直线矩形导轨，有预紧，钢性好，精度高；研磨级精密滚珠丝杆有预紧，精度高；接口采用g代码指令，兼容国内外雕刻软件，操作实用简便。主要适用高频模，滴塑模，中小型模具的雕铣加工、定位打孔、汽车零部件加工、紫铜电极及相关行业。

the main frame ofj casting to structure a case-type base with strong rigidity and good stability. the precision straight guide rail has pretension, good rigidity and high accuracy. the grinding grade precision ball guide screw has pretension and high accuracy. the interface adopts international standard g code instructions which is compatible with domestic and foreign engraving software and is easily and conveniently operated. it is mainly suitable for high frequency mould, plastic dropping mould, engraving and milling of medium and small mould, positioning and hole drilling, processing of parts and components of automobile, red copper electrode, hardware processing, small mould sand relative industries.
